MadDough started when I decided to buy a starter at the farmers market and did a deep dive on sourdough TikTok. I made a few loaves and actually gave up on making sourdough. A year later, I decided to try again and made my own starter from scratch! Through trial and error, I had more loaves of bread than I knew what to do with and started giving them to friends. Word caught on and as more people wanted loaves, MadDough was born. I have never considered myself a cook or a baker of any sort, but I knew from a young age that I was meant to eat bread...and now bring great bread to others. I am so grateful to be able to bring fresh bread with clean ingredients to family, friends, and the Austin community! MadDough is my little side-hustle passion project and I am thankful to everyone who has supported me along the way!
